The philosophy is in the name - Every body is welcome here! Fitness and health do not have a body type. Everyone is different but that doesn't mean you don't have a place in a gym. Our motivation is to be better than the person we were yesterday - if that resonates with you get in touch! A fitness journey is a lifelong one, and we're here to help you find a sustainable and enjoyable but challenging way of exercising that suits your goals.

Hannah Stainton
(she/her)
I've been on (and off) my health and fitness journey for many years now, and when I first started going to the gym no one looked like me, their bodies moved different to mine and no trainer truly understood that. So I became the trainer that could understand for others.
I am a REPs registered fitness instructor who prioritises your overall wellbeing over simply "looking" healthy. We are complex human beings, and exercise is just one way we can work on becoming the best version of yourself. I'm on that journey alongside you.

Marcus Barfoot
(He/Him)
I am a REPs registered personal trainer. I studied a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation at AUT. I have gained experience through my work at multiple gyms since graduating, as well as my own fitness journey.
II have a strong passion for fitness and sport, and integrate this into my daily life by going to the gym regularly and training others to improve their health, fitness, and wellbeing. My areas of interest include powerlifting, strength and conditioning, and sports-specific training
